This Policy applies to all website services offered by BGTE, or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies (collectively, BGTE's "services"). Information we collect and how we use it:

Most of the services that we offer do not require you to register for an on-line account however sometimes we may require you provide some personal information and there are some circumstances which require us to collect certain data automatically. As such, for those services where registration is not provided, we may collect the following information to support your needs as well as to help the BGTE webpage developers improve your online experience:

  • Information you provide – Some services may require you to submit certain personal pieces of information to BGTE. The information that you provide will only be used to provide you with the tools that the service you are trying to use requires. The information that you submit (such as your name and e-mail address) will only be used to provide you the service and will not be shared with any third parties unless doing so is required in order to comply with any legal state or Federal court order.
  • Google Analytics – BGTE uses the Google Analytics tool, from Google, Inc., in order to help our web-designers improve your viewing experience.   • Sever Logs - When you use any BGTE services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and may contain one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
  • E-Mails to BGTE - When you send email to BGTE, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
  • Affiliated sites - We offer some of our services in connection with other web sites. Personal information that you provide to those sites will not be sent to BGTE unless the service explicitly requires that to be done. Any personal information provided to an affiliated site falls under the privacy policy for the affiliated site and their privacy policy. We may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of users who require certain services, for example, how many users are looking for Networking versus Consulting services. Such information does not identify you individually.
